woo hoo….what a glorious time we live in to serve the Lord in all the areas he opens up for us! I was reading your post on the Christmas Parade and I couldnt help but recall how during a time recently as I was in the sanctuary late one night giving God the praise due him with all of my heart, when the Holy Spirit gently came upon me with a purpose to instill upon me the true nature of my worship. I had ceased abruptly and fell to my face in reverence to our great Father. My tears could never repay him for the great favor God has given to us, his Son. I encourage all to burnish our individual communion with him firstly because it was for Jesus we serve and die daily. God bless you and see you Friday! Charlie

Hello,

I believe you referenced a contest ending in October for memorizing the 10 commandments. I think the prize was $10,000. I thought the man sponsoring had the last name of Rundle, but I’ve googled all that I can remember and I’m not getting any hits. If you’re familiar with this contest, please send me a link. Thank you in advance!

I lead a youth group with several unsaved kids in it and they’re all psyched about this contest! Cool way to expose them to the Law!

Thanks for your writing about your visit to OU, very helpful to me. I’m a Baptist Christian who believes in repentence and faith in Jesus Christ, that the ungodly are justified by faith in Christ on the basis of the righteousness of Christ. God has opened a door for me to preach regularly on Iowa State University in the free speech zone. Many have heard the gospel. Please pray for ISU students. Have you ever considered visiting this far north? God bless.

The “Who will go to America” video is sad. The church behind it uses a mormon technique called, “meat hook evangelism.” They put up a sad commentary on some spirtual subject that most would agree. Once you agree with them, they hope you become like them or interested enough to join them.
Check them out more carefully, it’s a cult!
